Honey-Cinnamon Cookies

Beat the eggs with the sugar and honey until going white.

Put the bicarbonate of soda into the yoghurt, and then add the olive oil and mix.

Pour the diary mixture to the egg one.

Add the flour and the cinnamon and knead a dough, from which form little balls.

Put them into a pan, which is covered with parchment paper.

Bake in preheat oven on 180 degrees with fan until ready – 15-20 min. If you wish you can sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
